Pergopak® matting and effect agent grades provide a high-performance balance of matting, clarity, rheology and abrasion resistance along with a pleasant feel compared to that of matting agents alone. These organic thermoset polymethyl urea resins (PMUs) allow the creation of surface properties and visual and physical effects that cannot be achieved with standard matting agents like silicas or waxes.

Aluminum hydroxide is an extremely functional and versatile pigment that is useful in coatings, inks, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications. Huber Advanced Materials’ aluminum hydroxide is an inert functional pigment available in a wide array of particle size distributions. To minimize the use of TiO2 or organic colorants, our high brightness grades of ATH are much higher in brightness than commonly used extenders.
